UPDATE: So far since they updated this app, I havent had any problems with it crashing. Even though I also have the paid version, I still find this useful. One can only keep track of so many words at a time anyway. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have the same problem with it crashing on my ipod touch. The solution is to delete & reinstall. This solves the problem (at least it did for me), but of course means you lose all the words in your word bank. I found I had to do this about 5-6 times. Frustrating, but hard to complain since the apps free. Now, the $10 paid version I upgraded to and have the same problem with is a different story! But this is a great app, otherwise. Hei hei!

This app has helped me so much, nousta alukseen means to board, I have so far learned fifty words and I can speak those words quite well.

I really like the Word of the Day. Plus the ability to not only listen to how the word sounds but to record your own voice saying it is great.

Great for vocab, wish it taught you more about how to speak the language instead just words. Its good to know but in Finnish the words change so much according to the sentence that sometimes the base word to a foreigner is changed so much its hard to recognize

Im a real beginner, but Im sticking with it. Ive learned a lot already, because the explanations and details in this course are well thought out.

Ive just recently started learning Finnish (about 3 days in), and this app has been very helpful so far. The pronunciation audio and sample sentences are particularly useful for learning the language. If you want to seriously learn Finnish, this will most likely be a big help to you. Enjoy!

I like the daily lessons that are sent. This isnt completely sufficient as the only resource to learn Finnish, but helpful. I think its worth it.

Its a good start, when learning any language the first 100 and up to 1000 most used words really unlocks a language. This app is a very helpful way of getting introduced to base words. Not to mention its very hard to find good information on the finnish language and learning.

This app is really helpful and in my opinion has everything I pretty much need to know... Although theres probably millions more its actually the best Ive seen so far!
